Description

  • Manage client relationships and maintain ongoing communication to support project timelines and business alignment.
  • Lead stakeholder management across expectations, resource alignment, and competing priorities.
  • Ensure delivery follows Plative’s project management methodology and implementation structure.
  • Provide strategic business and project reviews to educate clients on proposed solutions.
  • Report on budget ownership, project status, risks, and issue escalations.
  • Coordinate IT project teams so business requirements are reflected in design specifications, integrations, and data transfers.
  • Act as a client advocate to resolve escalations and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Lead NetSuite-related work including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and SFDC buildout ownership.
  • Create and present materials on technical concepts, project plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results.
  • Lead high-profile implementations through rollout while managing risk and delivery execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience.
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience with NetSuite across multiple industry verticals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, vendor management, risk management, project financials, KPI reporting, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT, or MBA preferred.
  • Experience delivering numerous complex NetSuite projects preferred.
  • CSM and SuiteFoundation certifications preferred.
  • Ability to operate within the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Minimal travel with occasional onsite client presence.
