Description

  • Promote, support, and monitor Foth and client safety policies.
  • Serve as the primary construction-related technical contact for clients and internal design teams.
  • Oversee design-build installation projects to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Maintain and coordinate construction schedules with engineering teams, trades, vendors, and clients.
  • Lead construction trades to deliver work safely, within budget, and on schedule.
  • Resolve day-to-day construction site issues independently.
  • Coordinate technical and design issue resolution with engineering teams.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes with the Project Manager.
  • Provide input during project constructability reviews.
  • Prepare daily site activity reports and keep project stakeholders informed.
  • Travel as needed to work full-time on client construction sites.
  • Resolve conflicts and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience.
  • 10+ years of industrial construction management experience.
  • OSHA 10 certification for Construction, 1926.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
  • Project management experience in engineering or construction preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification for Construction, 1926 preferred.
  • Ability to travel and work full-time on-site.
  • Successful completion of required pre-employment drug testing, where applicable.
