Description

  • Develop new business opportunities through existing relationships and regional market expansion.
  • Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor and primary contact.
  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership for regional environmental compliance services.
  • Lead complex, multidisciplinary compliance projects from initiation through completion.
  • Manage key accounts and serve as project manager and client advisor.
  • Mentor staff and help build and scale a Southeast regional team.
  • Develop strategic plans, market positioning, and service-line growth initiatives.
  • Establish project delivery best practices and ensure consistent client experiences.
  • Support on-site industrial compliance activities, field investigations, industry events, and regional travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of environmental consulting experience with industrial clients.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.
  • Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and state-specific Southeastern regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and build a regional market presence.
  • Experience with Southeastern U.S. regulatory environments preferred.
  • Established Southeastern client network preferred.
  • Professional Engineer license or similar certification preferred.
  • Environmental auditor certification, manufacturing or food and beverage experience, and air or water permitting experience preferred.
