Description

  • Design and lead cloud architectures on Azure across networking, security, governance, IaaS, PaaS, and serverless solutions.
  • Own the infrastructure for AI-powered platforms, including conversational AI, RAG, document ingestion, vector search, and LLM integrations.
  • Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure using DevSecOps practices.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform, emphasizing reusability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Design and operate production-grade environments with high availability, monitoring, logging, observability, cost optimization, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with AI, data, and software teams to productionize ML and LLM solutions.
  • Ensure the technical quality of proposals, RFP responses, and solution definitions.
  • Own chapter knowledge-sharing, documentation, best practices, and mentoring frameworks.
  • Identify emerging trends, validate new services and reusable assets, and contribute to technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.
  • Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams with full ownership from design through production.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in real production environments.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in cloud or platform engineering roles.
  • Experience engaging with clients, understanding business needs, and designing tailored technical proposals.
  • Experience in technical presales, including demos, solutioning, and proposal writing.
  • Ability to lead projects independently and mentor other engineers.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Solid knowledge of networking, security, and governance models in cloud environments.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps Repos and Pipelines or similar CI/CD tooling.
  • Strong background in Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform.
  • Experience monitoring and operating high-traffic production web platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM-based platforms in production environments.
  • Comfortable working with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Fluent English is mandatory for daily work with international teams and clients.
  • Preferred experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
  • Preferred Kubernetes and container orchestration knowledge.
  • Preferred experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
  • Preferred MLOps practices, including model lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Preferred scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Preferred software development background in Python, Go, .NET, or similar.
  • Preferred experience with observability tools such as Azure Monitor, App Insights, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • A proactive mindset with autonomy, technical leadership, and continuous improvement.
