Description

  • Define a long-term vision and strategy for Pinterest’s partner marketing function in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead key partner marketing workstreams, including events, webinars, and content marketing campaigns that drive consideration for Pinterest’s advertising solutions.
  • Provide senior leadership, coaching, and talent development for a small partner marketing team.
  • Build operating mechanisms, tracking, and accountability systems to keep initiatives moving and focused on high-priority outcomes.
  • Plan for organizational resourcing needs, recruit where needed, and develop the capabilities required to meet current and future goals.
  • Collaborate with and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders on complex business challenges and shared ways of working.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and plans that create supportive working relationships across projects.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate creation of partner marketing assets and improve production efficiency.
  • Apply AI-assisted analytics and reporting to surface performance insights, identify trends, and inform investment decisions.
  • Champion a team culture that embraces AI as a collaborative partner in planning, measurement, and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in business marketing, including at least 10 years in partner marketing.
  • Proven experience leading teams and building partner marketing capabilities, ideally at a similar or competitive platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ability to influence others without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated mature decision-making, including weighing trade-offs, assessing risks, and making difficult business decisions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide direction during change.
  • Experience sponsoring and mentoring people from different backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Comfort and curiosity using AI tools in a marketing context.
  • Proactive mindset toward emerging technologies that improve team output, campaign performance, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to coach a team to adopt AI as a collaborative partner and support continuous experimentation and innovation.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $178,561 to $367,626 USD for U.S.-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Remote-friendly role that can be based anywhere in the U.S.
  • In-office collaboration required only 1-2 times per quarter.
