Description

  • Co-create and set the strategic direction for Inclusion & Belonging and culture systems in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Advise senior executives and functional leaders on inclusion, belonging, culture priorities, impact, and trends.
  • Lead company-wide change initiatives that embed inclusion and belonging into Pinterest’s culture, operations, and business practices.
  • Build partnerships with cross-functional business leaders to integrate I&B strategy across the enterprise.
  • Develop and scale inclusion, fairness, and belonging programs, councils, employee resource groups, and communities of practice.
  • Advance inclusion and belonging across people processes and talent programs, including learning, feedback, engagement, hiring, and advancement.
  • Develop succession planning for critical I&B leadership roles and build next-generation capability through coaching and leader development.
  • Define and track OKRs/KPIs for belonging and culture systems with People Analytics, L&D, and Listening teams.
  • Use people analytics and AI tools to identify trends, improve strategy, and generate data-driven recommendations.
  • Serve as an internal and external spokesperson for Pinterest’s inclusion and belonging vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Business Management, or 10+ years of experience.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to drive and measure program impact and innovation.
  • Experience designing and leading enterprise-scale inclusion, belonging, and equity strategy and programming.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive executive-level change, transformation, and measurable results in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Successful history advising C-level executives and senior leaders on talent, engagement, and inclusion and belonging.
  • Experience developing cross-functional and international partnerships, driving business alignment, and scaling inclusive talent practices.
  • Expertise using analytics, data, and insights to drive leadership accountability and continuous improvement at scale.
  • Demonstrated talent management experience leading and developing high-performing teams, coaching leaders, and building future capability.
  • This role requires in-office collaboration 1–2 times every 6 months and can be based anywhere in the country.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $178,561 to $367,626 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Role is eligible for equity.
