Description

  • Own and support end-to-end people processes across the contractor lifecycle within defined frameworks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and managers on HR processes and day-to-day questions.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support contractor engagement and experience.
  • Participate in performance review processes and help ensure consistency and quality.
  • Guide managers on people-related topics and provide clear, practical recommendations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and offboarding, including documentation and compliance.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and improve experience.
  • Facilitate or support workshops and knowledge sharing on people management practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience in a People Partner role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting the full contractor lifecycle.
  • Ability to own and run structured HR processes independently within defined frameworks.
  • Experience acting as the primary point of contact for contractors and managers.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining HR processes and adapting messaging to multicultural teams.
  • Intermediate+ English level.
  • Basic root cause thinking and the ability to identify issues and suggest practical solutions.
  • Emotional intelligence and maturity when handling sensitive people-related situations.
  • Attention to detail when working with documentation and data.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and curiosity to use AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute to HR projects.
  • Experience in the IT industry, including understanding of common IT roles and processes, is desirable.
