Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned verticals or territories through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by diagnosing customer challenges and co-creating tailored solutions.
  • Build relationships across multiple stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and C-suite executives.
  • Lead proposal development and negotiate contracts that deliver mutual value for the customer and the company.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline that exceeds assigned quota targets.
  • Execute a disciplined sales process with structured prospecting and follow-up activities.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and prioritize enterprise feature needs.
  • Share best practices and contribute to broader go-to-market strategy, including mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of product offerings and competitive landscape.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to read stakeholder cues and adapt approaches.
  • Resilience and tenacity to handle rejection and manage long, complex sales cycles.
  • Comfort working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Google Notebook, Gemini, and similar internal tools.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex buying processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is not specified but may be considered based on relevant background.
  • Prior experience in quota-carrying sales roles is implied by the position.
