Description

  • Lead Americas sales forecasting and planning processes on behalf of the SVP, Americas Sales.
  • Monitor forecasting and planning quality, accuracy, and process consistency across the sales organization.
  • Coordinate sales planning activities, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and MEDDPPICC-driven deal reviews.
  • Provide data-driven analysis, trends, and insights to improve sales performance, productivity, and pipeline health.
  • Own sales performance reporting, metrics, dashboards, and the adoption of new reporting and business intelligence tools.
  • Prepare sales leaders to lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast and pipeline review calls.
  • Work with sales, channel, and marketing teams to implement global reporting needs and make real-time data available to stakeholders.
  • Build metrics and reporting for New ARR and churn at the geo and regional level.
  • Support territory and account assignment, annual planning, and quarterly planning processes.
  • Partner with Americas leadership, HR, marketing, SDR, partner, services, and enablement teams on planning, pipeline generation, GTM execution, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Field Operations at an executive level.
  • Experience working at larger companies than Ping Identity.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce.com and sales support systems.
  • Experience with business intelligence and sales performance planning tools such as Tableau and Anaplan.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable executive-level insights.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams on data reporting and governance.
  • Comfort presenting to cross-functional teams and executive management.
