Description

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial interest through contract close.
  • Build and manage c-suite and executive-level relationships with clients across multiple industries.
  • Create detailed business plans to achieve predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Consult with prospective and existing customers on business objectives and requirements.
  • Model use cases showing how Pigment can drive business transformation across industries.
  • Partner with Customer Success and technical teams to support customers and coordinate collaboration.
  • Provide after-sales support to strengthen client loyalty and optimize renewals.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain sales and customer data in Salesforce.
  • Use data and insights to improve current sales processes and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role within tech or financial services.
  • Proven record of success, such as President's Club or Chairman's Club recognition.
  • Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond expectations.
  • Master’s degree or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience selling SaaS B2B or a similar financial product to the US/North American market preferred.
  • Experience in finance or business planning preferred.
  • Personal passion for tech and technology products preferred.
  • Proven ability to create significant revenue impact and cultivate strong organizational relationships preferred.
