Description

  • Define campaign reporting requirements before launch and produce final reports for partners and charities.
  • Reconcile donations, payment processor records, payouts, and DAF records, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare DAF partner submission information and track grants through to payment.
  • Prepare UK Gift Aid files and manage international donor tax receipts by regional deadlines.
  • Manage charity onboarding documentation, checks, and fundraising setup.
  • Maintain and improve operational trackers, workflows, logs, and SOPs.
  • Manage payment disputes, including evidence submission, deadlines, and outcome tracking.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Campaign Leads, DAF partners, and group entities.
  • Communicate reporting, payment, grant, and timeline information clearly to external partners and charities.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance operations, payments operations, grants administration, or a similar data-heavy role.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and large-data reconciliation.
  • Experience reconciling transactions against payment processor or bank records.
  • Experience producing recurring reports for external stakeholders to deadlines.
  • Excellent written English and confidence communicating with external partners.
  • Ability to work reliably with substantial overlap during UK core hours and provide additional flexibility during peak campaigns.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and querying databases to answer questions independently.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools such as Metabase (preferred).
  • Experience with Stripe or another online payments platform (preferred).
  • Charity or fundraising experience, including UK Gift Aid, donor-advised funds, grant-making, or knowledge of Ramadan, Zakat, and Sadaqah cycles (preferred).
