Description

  • Lead People transformation and AI initiatives that simplify work, improve employee experiences, and create organizational capacity.
  • Design and implement end-to-end workflow transformations integrating AI, automation, self-service, and enterprise systems.
  • Translate business challenges into future-state workflows, technical requirements, experiments, and implementation plans.
  • Prototype and test solutions using AI and low/no-code platforms, establishing best practices and technical standards.
  • Partner with People leaders, functional experts, and IT to prioritize initiatives, design systems, and evaluate build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Develop reusable cross-departmental capabilities, frameworks, standards, and toolkits for AI and transformation programs.
  • Define metrics for process performance, capacity created, adoption, and employee and manager experience.
  • Drive initiatives from discovery through division-wide implementation and adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years of progressive leadership in transformation, operations, strategy, or consulting.
  • Experience in People/HR or a high-growth technology environment preferred.
  • Experience in consulting, program management, product management, or a comparable cross-functional role.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation and the ability to apply emerging capabilities to practical business solutions.
  • Experience prototyping, experimenting, and rapidly testing new approaches to organizational change.
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills for complex, ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
  • Ability to influence senior executives, align teams around a shared vision, and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Strong judgment and ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
