Description

  • Lead activation of newly landed Anthropic-focused accounts and convert initial interest into scoped engagements.
  • Own end-to-end delivery oversight, identifying technical and delivery risks early.
  • Develop account plans and use-case backlogs that expand pilots into multi-phase AI transformation programs.
  • Advise senior IT and business stakeholders on AI and data roadmaps using Anthropic capabilities.
  • Partner with Anthropic, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to identify and close account expansion opportunities.
  • Lead executive meetings, QBRs, and roadmap discussions.
  • Mentor team members and promote learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Create internal playbooks, account-planning frameworks, and repeatable AI and data delivery practices.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in hybrid delivery and sales roles within consulting or professional services, or equivalent strategic account-growth experience.
  • Experience owning both delivery quality and account growth for the same engagement.
  • Track record scoping and delivering $50K–$1M services engagements.
  • Experience expanding pilots into multi-phase or multi-workstream programs.
  • Strong relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, or CDOs.
  • Ability to structure complex problems and drive resolution in matrixed environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
  • Hands-on AI and data expertise, including agentic AI/LLM concepts such as RAG, MCP-style servers, agent orchestration, evaluations, and data architecture.
  • Direct experience with Anthropic products or a comparable LLM/agentic AI platform.
  • Experience turning AI or data pilots into multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs and building formal generative or agentic AI account plans (preferred).
