Description

  • Ensure the performance and continuous optimization of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Lead hands-on development and configuration, including X++ customizations, workflows, and system enhancements.
  • Develop and support integrations between F&O and CRM, Power Platform, and third-party systems.
  • Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements.
  • Support reporting and analytics development using Power BI, SSRS, and dashboards.
  • Maintain system integrity, security, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Mentor team members and help resolve complex system challenges.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with X++ development, configuration, and system customization.
  • Experience with Azure-based integrations such as Logic Apps, APIs, and Data Integrator.
  • Functional knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain modules, including GL, AP/AR, Procurement, and Inventory.
  • Experience supporting reporting and analytics solutions such as Power BI and SSRS.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, SQL Server, APIs (REST/OData), DevOps, and LCS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
