Description

  • Own the design and delivery of scalable, secure HRIS solutions across HCM, Payroll, and Time Management.
  • Architect end-to-end HRIS solutions that translate complex business needs into scalable system designs.
  • Design and build integrations with system APIs across platforms such as Workday, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Greenhouse, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Lead configuration of HRIS features and user workflows to support evolving business needs.
  • Own HRIS security and data architecture, ensuring governance, data integrity, and audit readiness.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, Software Engineering, and People Managers on technical decisions and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize complex integrations and end-to-end data flows.
  • Develop and deploy enterprise-wide HR applications and automation that improve operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in HCM architecture and solution design across HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence, and related areas.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cross-system integrations, including system APIs and Workday Studio.
  • Expertise in Workday configuration, including Business Process Framework, security, and advanced reporting.
  • Proven ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex integrations and end-to-end data flows.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems is preferred.
  • Experience with reporting infrastructure is a plus.
  • Background in HRIS security and data governance is preferred.
