Description

  • Lead end-to-end analytics workstreams from planning and requirements through prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
  • Own the technical approach, backlog, and work sequencing for scalable analytics solutions.
  • Facilitate day-to-day client working sessions and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, risks, status, and decisions.
  • Review analytics deliverables for technical quality, usability, performance, and adherence to Power BI and modern analytics best practices.
  • Partner with account and practice leaders to identify new use cases, expansion opportunities, and practice accelerators.
  • Translate business needs into actionable analytical requirements and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams and account leaders to deliver client solutions.
  • Support the growth of the Analytics practice through client value realization and solution development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience delivering data analytics and data visualization solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience owning analytics projects or workstreams from kickoff through completion.
  • Strong Power BI development skills, including semantic/data modeling, DAX, Power Query, data visualization, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Power BI Service administration, including workspace strategy, security roles, access management, deployment practices, and platform configuration.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working with data warehouses, data marts, semantic models, and analytical data structures.
  • Experience with data preparation and transformation using Alteryx or KNIME, or similar tools such as Matillion, Dataiku, or Coalesce.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear analytical requirements and communicate recommendations and risks to technical and business stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of external consulting experience delivering analytics, business intelligence, or data platform solutions (preferred).
  • Experience scaling Power BI across an enterprise, including governance, operating models, adoption, performance, and platform optimization (preferred).
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Tableau, Sigma, Snowflake, or other modern data and analytics platforms (preferred).
  • Experience contributing to solution estimates, staffing plans, utilization planning, workstream-level budget management, and mentoring or leading small delivery teams (preferred).
  • Power BI certification such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, and experience developing reusable analytics accelerators, frameworks, templates, or enablement materials (preferred).
