Description

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio aligned to real business processes and roles.
  • Translate manual or semi-structured workflows into autonomous agents using low-code or no-code tools.
  • Implement agentic behaviors such as planning, tool use, contextual memory, and reflection to improve task execution.
  • Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems including Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Support internal teams with enablement, governance, lifecycle management, and safe experimentation for Copilot agents.
  • Develop prompt templates, AI guardrails, fallback strategies, and feedback loops to improve agent performance.
  • Partner with IT, data, and security teams to ensure responsible, governed, and scalable deployments.
  • Facilitate automation and AI discovery sessions, including process mapping, value sizing, and ROI modeling.
  • Design and support change management and enablement programs such as playbooks, training, and office hours.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in enterprise automation, digital transformation, or AI-enabled consulting.
  • Direct experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low-code AI platforms such as Glean, AgentForce, Amazon Q Business, or OpenAI Agent Builder.
  • 3–5 years of Power BI experience, including advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
  • Solid understanding of semantic layers, identity and access management, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance boundaries.
  • Experience facilitating automation or AI discovery and prioritization sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, iterative design cycles, and user testing for AI workflows.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
  • Exposure to Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, n8n, or broader AI orchestration tools is a plus.
  • Experience scaling Power BI at an enterprise level is preferred.
  • Experience leading teams of consultants to manage performance, utilization, and project delivery is preferred.
  • Experience operating in early-stage, ambiguous environments with Copilot and agentic workflows is preferred.
