Description

  • Oversee multiple high-visibility projects across varying SDLC approaches and ensure alignment among sales, delivery, and customer/partner stakeholders.
  • Manage complex, multi-workstream programs for strategic customer portfolios, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery outcomes.
  • Serve as the main liaison between delivery teams, clients, and account leadership to connect execution with customer strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership and external stakeholders to support account health and customer success.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable data and AI roadmaps with measurable milestones.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, including coaching other program and project managers as needed.
  • Own project and portfolio financials, including revenue targets, margin management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain project governance practices such as operating cadences, RACI, risk logs, issue logs, decision logs, and change control.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve delivery, scope, and resourcing risks, including developing recovery plans.
  • Support account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, proposals, SOWs, and executive presentations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technical program management experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Hands-on ownership of customer relationships, timelines, scope, budgets, and resources for data and AI projects.
  • Experience managing 4-5 customers concurrently while maintaining 85%+ billable utilization and on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma.
  • People management experience leading high-performance teams.
  • Strong portfolio/program management experience with Agile methodologies and working understanding of Waterfall.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including executive-ready communication with C-level stakeholders.
  • Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field preferred.
  • PMP and CSM certifications strongly preferred.
