Description

  • Own the Commercial Data & Analytics team’s delivery pipeline from planning through execution.
  • Maintain visibility across active workstreams, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Identify bottlenecks, resource constraints, and delivery risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Track deliverables, maintain timelines, and drive accountability for high-quality execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across technical, product, and client-facing teams to coordinate priorities and deliverables.
  • Establish and continuously improve team operating standards, templates, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop scalable SOPs, review protocols, naming conventions, and data validation frameworks.
  • Own onboarding documentation and operational playbooks to accelerate new hire productivity.
  • Lead internal change management initiatives to improve team processes and adoption of best practices.
  • Partner with the Head of Commercial Data & Analytics to develop and maintain the team’s strategic roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy, analytics operations, consulting, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated success building operational infrastructure and scalable processes within high-growth organizations.
  • Experience partnering closely with analytics, data, or business intelligence teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or marketing services industries is preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth startup or technology environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of analytics workflows and data-driven decision making is preferred.
  • Experience with project and program management platforms is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and executive-level presentations is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000.
