Description

  • Oversee multiple high-visibility projects using agile best practices and ensure alignment across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Manage and scale large strategic customer portfolios, including accounts greater than $10M.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, delivery, and customer leadership teams to support customer success.
  • Own project risk management, customer escalations, and overall resolution in coordination with delivery and sales teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand phData services within existing customer accounts.
  • Mentor and develop consultants and future leaders within the delivery organization.
  • Manage complex financials, project status reporting, account health readouts, and strategic roadmaps across a portfolio.
  • Document and improve PMO best practices and support innovation and onsite visits as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience managing customer relationships, timelines, scopes, budgets, and resources.
  • Experience managing architects and engineers on custom-developed software projects.
  • Proven success managing multiple customers concurrently while maintaining 85%+ billable utilization.
  • Strong background in data, AI, and/or analytics projects.
  • Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
  • Hands-on experience as a portfolio or program manager with Agile methodology experience and a strong understanding of Waterfall project management.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • Strong written technical documentation skills and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and exercise strong analytical judgment and critical thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or another technical field preferred; PMP and CSM certifications strongly preferred.
