Description

  • Own the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, and other business functions.
  • Develop and execute plans that support product vision and business objectives.
  • Uncover solutions to technical challenges and drive programs forward with technical and analytical judgment.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholder groups across the organization.
  • Mentor junior TPMs and lead by example.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and summarize trade-offs, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Influence improvements to tools, operations, and architecture through program delivery experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a PMO and/or engineering organization leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
  • 3+ years of IT and/or engineering background.
  • Experience managing large, complex technology-enabled programs supporting engineering stakeholders.
  • Experience working with full-stack engineers and understanding the capabilities and processes needed to improve engineering excellence and productivity.
  • Ability to partner with technical stakeholders to break down engineering challenges and deliver against abstract goals.
  • Ability to participate in technical design discussions and summarize trade-offs, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Strong organizational ability to coordinate across multiple independent work streams and organizations.
  • Ability to balance product goals and engineering constraints with deep user empathy.
  • Experience influencing improvements to tools, operations, or architecture through program delivery.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB or a comparable technology.
