Description

  • Gather client requirements through prototyping and visualization, and refine them throughout the engagement.
  • Execute consulting engagements and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Manage client expectations through weekly status updates and proactive feedback sessions.
  • Develop scalable, durable analytics solutions with clients using Alteryx, KNIME, SQL, Snowflake, Python, and related data sources.
  • Create standard workflows, analytical apps, reusable macros, and automated reports.
  • Manage team time and provide clear project timelines to the Analytics Project Manager, sales team, and leadership.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify additional opportunities within client accounts and support account growth.
  • Lead capability stand-ups, team meetings, and workshops.
  • Mentor and manage consultants and senior consultants, supporting alignment and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing on blog posts and webinars aligned with consultant expertise.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and data visualization platforms.
  • 3+ years of advanced Alteryx experience, including creating macros.
  • Alteryx certification is highly preferred.
  • Previous team lead experience coaching and mentoring junior analytics consultants.
  • Experience creating scalable, durable analytics solutions with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, AWS, and Azure.
  • Data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, including Snowflake, AWS, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehouses, data marts, and/or data models.
  • Exceptional customer-facing communication and project management skills.
  • Previous consulting experience delivering analytical solutions to external clients is highly preferred.
  • Experience connecting to data sources such as SAP, Databricks, and SharePoint is preferred.
  • Experience with Python and/or R scripting is preferred.
