Description

  • Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to map user journeys and business objectives.
  • Elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, including BDD/Gherkin when appropriate.
  • Support backlog prioritization and refinement to improve delivery sequencing and product value.
  • Ensure the development team understands the purpose and business impact of each delivery.
  • Identify bottlenecks in client processes and propose continuous improvements grounded in data and service design best practices.
  • Facilitate stakeholder decisions and align product, design, and engineering around measurable outcomes.
  • Track priorities, tasks, risks, and progress from conception to delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT.
  • Strong ability in business and functional analysis, including eliciting, analyzing, and translating business needs into requirements.
  • Experience writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria; BDD/Gherkin experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Experience with Jira or similar backlog and project management tools.
  • Excellent prioritization, task management, risk identification, and progress tracking skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to independently engage stakeholders both onsite and offshore.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or systems architecture is preferred.
  • Agile or business analysis certifications such as CSPO, PMI-PBA, or CBAP are a plus.
  • Prior experience with international or distributed teams is preferred.
