Description

  • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
  • Implement and manage reporting solutions using Metabase and similar tools.
  • Build user-friendly dashboards and visualizations for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver reports.
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation for reporting datasets.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and reporting processes.
  • Support data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering, reporting, and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Python programming is preferred.
  • Understanding of API development is a bonus.
  • Relevant certifications in data management, database administration, or data analytics are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
