Description

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes that consolidate commercial data into a single source of truth.
  • Develop and automate reporting on core commercial metrics and KPIs for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership.
  • Drive scalable analytics improvements through automation and self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Lead technical planning and execution for complex data platform initiatives.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Own the Revenue Operations analytics platform, including data governance, metric standardization, and reporting best practices.
  • Support headcount and capacity planning and partner on compensation, quota, and territory reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze rep productivity and partner with Sales leadership to improve seller performance, ramp, and efficiency.
  • Build dashboards and self-service reporting tools to enable faster decision-making across the organization.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues through monitoring and validation processes.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market Intelligence and Business Analytics teams to translate business questions into scalable data models and migrate reporting artifacts to the data lake.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, revenue/sales operations, or a related data-focused role.
  • Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines and working with data warehouses or data lakes such as Fivetran, DBT, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks.
  • Demonstrated experience owning analytics solutions for Revenue Operations, including sales performance reporting, KPI frameworks, pipeline analytics, forecasting, and executive insights.
  • Strong SQL skills are required.
  • Experience with Python or another scripting language is a plus.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Sigma is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce and core sales processes, including pipeline stages, forecasting, territory management, and quota management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and SaaS metrics such as pipeline, bookings, ARR, churn, and rep productivity.
  • Exposure to headcount and capacity planning and sales compensation structures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Base compensation range of $150,000 to $180,000 USD.
