Description

  • Design Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementations with clients, analytics engineers, and developers.
  • Lead measurement strategy workshops and gather requirements for analytics solutions.
  • Audit existing Adobe Analytics and CJA implementations and recommend improvements to instrumentation and data capture.
  • Create and maintain analytics documentation, including BRDs, SDRs, and TDDs.
  • Configure Adobe Analytics report suites and CJA multi-channel implementations, including connections and data views.
  • Analyze data to uncover business-relevant insights and build clear dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Translate findings into actionable narratives for executives and marketing leaders.
  • Advise client stakeholders and internal teams on analytics, measurement, testing, and decision-making strategy.
  • Present findings and deliver customized, hands-on analytics training for clients and internal teams.
  • Promote security practices, assess and report information-security risks, and ensure data handling complies with privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of analytics implementation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience designing measurement strategies, analytics instrumentation, and multi-channel CJA implementations.
  • Knowledge of identity resolution concepts and requirements.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured analytics solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adobe Analytics certification and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification.
  • Exposure to other Adobe Experience Platform solutions, such as RT-CDP and AJO (preferred).
  • Engagement with the analytics community through meetups, conferences, blogs, or open-source work.
