Description

  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies for priority roles, markets, functions, and talent segments.
  • Create quarterly attraction plans with channel strategies, budgets, performance goals, and targeted messaging.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, CRM, digital advertising, search, job boards, referrals, professional communities, and events.
  • Plan and manage recruitment marketing for conferences, career fairs, association events, campus programs, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, lead capture, candidate follow-up, and post-event performance analysis.
  • Partner with recruiters and Talent Acquisition leaders to improve lead-to-conversation, application, and hire conversion.
  • Monitor campaign, event, channel, vendor, and source performance; optimize investments based on engagement, conversion, hires, and ROI.
  • Manage recruitment marketing vendors, agencies, media platforms, event partners, and sourcing providers.
  • Develop recruitment brand content, practical tools, templates, and playbooks for recurring hiring needs.
  • Provide data-driven reporting and recommendations to Talent Acquisition leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment marketing and talent attraction.
  • Experience developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple roles, functions, or geographies.
  • Hands-on experience with digital recruitment marketing, campaign management, sourcing channels, or candidate engagement.
  • Experience managing conferences, events, sponsorships, or other lead-generation programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital media, job advertising, paid social, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to improve campaigns and recruiting outcomes.
  • Strong vendor or agency management experience.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or a large multi-site organization; programmatic advertising, search, CRM automation, recruitment media, or national/regional conference partnerships (preferred).
