Description

  • Own end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff and requirements gathering through configuration, go-live, and early adoption.
  • Conduct customer training on PetDesk’s software features and workflows.
  • Assess customer requirements, analyze backend results, and resolve implementation issues.
  • Guide customers through change management, best practices, and adoption as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Product Support, Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer, implementation, and configuration records in the CRM.
  • Generate implementation progress reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage approximately 30–40 concurrent projects and conduct 3–4 customer meetings per day.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation, customer success, or a related field.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English and French is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to learn software applications quickly and experience with SaaS, CRM, or client communication software.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Availability to work primarily Eastern Time Zone business hours.
  • Professional fluency in German is a plus.
  • Experience with veterinary SaaS, veterinary clinics, or the broader pet care industry is a plus.
