Description

  • Lead onsite dealership go-lives and ensure smooth, successful launches.
  • Train dealership staff across roles through clear, hands-on sessions.
  • Partner with dealership leaders to communicate Numa’s business value.
  • Solve real-time implementation challenges and drive engagement and adoption.
  • Document launch outcomes and transition accounts to the Performance Architect team.
  • Share field insights with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to improve onboarding and customer experience.
  • Travel regularly to dealerships across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Build trusted relationships and integrate Numa into dealership teams’ daily workflows.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in training, onboarding, service, or support.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to command a room and adapt to different audiences.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel approximately three weeks per month across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Must live remotely in the U.S. near a major airport.
  • Experience with SaaS, automotive, or phone systems preferred.
  • Background in field training, deployment, customer onboarding, or product rollouts preferred.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations or service workflows preferred.
  • Comfort using AI tools and bilingual English/French or English/Spanish skills are preferred.
