Description

  • Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations using Stoneridge methodology and industry best practices.
  • Analyze client business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and lead process design sessions.
  • Design, configure, and test core Business Central modules and solutions.
  • Lead data migration planning, execution, and accuracy testing with technical teams.
  • Create functional specifications, design documents, and project scopes.
  • Deliver client training, post-implementation support, and creative solutions to business challenges.
  • Identify client needs, project risks, and opportunities to improve processes.
  • Estimate work effort, advise team members, and mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, blog content, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • 5–8+ years of consulting or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years leading implementations and at least two full life-cycle implementations.
  • 2+ years of experience with the Business Central manufacturing module preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% across the United States and Canada.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States or Canada; visa sponsorship is not offered.

  • Remote position available in the United States or Canada with flexible work schedules.
  • US salary range of $130,500–$164,500 or Canada salary range of C$124,600–C$149,500, inclusive of bonus opportunities.
