Description

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for 2-5 enterprise financial services accounts.
  • Drive customer engagement and adoption of Persado’s platform.
  • Plan, lead, and present Quarterly Business Reviews that demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to quarterly, semi-annual, and annual customer goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on Persado products, including onboarding users and enabling adoption.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders through regular customer communication and in-person site visits.
  • Own issue resolution and escalate problems as needed.
  • Identify process and product improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to track success metrics and business results.
  • Uncover growth opportunities and source expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role at a high-growth SaaS, tech, or digital marketing company serving large enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Experience identifying and sourcing expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to operate autonomously across multiple enterprise stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites, including occasional travel to DC, North Carolina, and New York.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, calculate ROI, and support impact reporting.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
  • Basic understanding of key marketing programs and channels.
  • Bonus: direct experience working with financial institutions on marketing-related efforts.
  • Must be located on the East Coast, preferably in the Washington, DC area.
