Description

  • Own growth across a defined portfolio of Strategic Financial Services accounts, including national banks, regionals, fintechs, and card or co-brand issuers.
  • Build pipeline through self-sourced efforts, integrated campaigns, and business development support.
  • Close initial starter engagements and expand them into enterprise-level, multi-year partnerships.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and IT.
  • Position Persado as a strategic AI platform for regulated marketing with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Solutions Consulting, Product, and Client teams to develop business cases, pilots, and expansion strategies.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline through accurate forecasting, deal inspection, and strategic account planning.
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with senior marketing and business leaders.
  • Support client-facing communications and presentations tailored to technical and business audiences.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience in Financial Services or banks at senior levels.
  • Experience selling to Marketing teams and core growth business units such as consumer lending, mortgages, cards, and deposits.
  • Strong experience with MarTech, AdTech, or RegTech ecosystems.
  • Experience managing complex net-new logo deal cycles with C-level engagement and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to sell digital marketing strategy for Financial Services through acquisition and engagement programs.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences, especially C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience using GenAI daily for productivity in research, preparation, and client-facing communications.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving customer needs.
  • Ability to work primarily remotely with occasional travel in the New York area, up to once per week.
  • CV must be submitted in English.

  • Base salary of $175,000 to $190,000 per year, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.
