Description

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new enterprise and strategic opportunities aligned with Persado’s ideal customer profile.
  • Initiate and lead discovery conversations with senior marketing, digital, business line, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong point of view on prospect priorities and shape opportunities around measurable business outcomes.
  • Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and functions within target accounts.
  • Partner closely with Sales Directors to transition qualified opportunities and support deal progression.
  • Drive high-quality pipeline creation in complex, sophisticated buying environments.
  • Engage in consultative discovery to uncover needs and advance early-stage deal development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or business development roles.
  • Strong track record of generating qualified pipeline in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience engaging Director-, VP-, and C-level stakeholders in discovery-led conversations.
  • Familiarity selling into banking, credit unions, and financial services in the US or Europe, telecom, wireless, or subscription-based consumer businesses, airlines, travel, loyalty, membership-based models, or retail/large B2C brands with sophisticated CRM programs.
  • Consultative mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building opportunities from scratch.
  • Resilient, curious, and commercially driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
