Description

  • Close new B2B SaaS business by managing a high-volume pipeline of prospects.
  • Generate new opportunities and qualify inbound leads, partnering with Sales Development Representatives as needed.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales calls to demonstrate PerformYard’s value and build relationships with senior executives.
  • Strategize with top-producing sales reps and leadership to prioritize accounts and win deals.
  • Manage long-term relationships with prospect companies and help them overcome their challenges.
  • Maintain and manage a large personal sales pipeline and keep accurate weekly/monthly/annual sales forecasts.
  • Run effective sales meetings and calls to progress opportunities toward close.
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales automation to increase efficiency and track activity.
  • Own the full lifecycle of deals from initial qualification through close for enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2+ years in a sales, account executive, account management, business development or related role.
  • 1+ years in a closing role with experience across the full sales lifecycle.
  • A demonstrated track record of success in a sales role.
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales and be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to write concise emails and present with a strong phone presence.
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely.
  • Knowledge or experience in Enterprise SaaS, HR SaaS, or Talent Management is a plus.
  • Organized with excellent time management, integrity, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset (preferred).
