Description

  • Lead and develop technical sales efforts for key accounts.
  • Conduct discovery on customer business objectives, challenges, use cases, and technical architecture.
  • Position Delphix as part of the customer’s digital transformation initiatives, including data compliance, software delivery, cloud adoption, and AI use cases.
  • Customize and deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept trials aligned to customer objectives and ROI.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
  • Educate customers on Delphix’s value proposition and help quantify value at the technical, project, and business level.
  • Collaborate with customers to improve deployment pipelines, automated testing, release management, and continuous integration/delivery practices.
  • Partner with Sales and Field Services to create sales strategies that exceed revenue objectives and expand Delphix usage.
  • Develop and enhance reusable technical assets to scale presales support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • Availability for 30% travel, primarily within the region.
  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills in a matrixed organization.
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset with energy, dedication, and drive to succeed.
  • Confidence, pragmatism, and ability to deliver results despite obstacles.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Professional experience designing and delivering technology solutions, with cloud platform experience a plus.
  • 7 years of experience in DevOps/CI/CD/TDM, Cloud, Data Masking & Governance, Data Management, or Database Technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in software technology sales, technical consulting, or technical solution design.
  • Extensive experience presenting to executives, IT leaders, business leaders, and technology teams.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud services, TDM tools, or frameworks such as TOGAF or ITIL is a plus.
  • Experience with source control, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps tools such as Puppet, Chef, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, or Selenium is a plus.
  • Experience with Linux or Windows administration and networking troubleshooting.
  • AI fluency at Level 1: Basic AI User, including responsible use of approved AI tools and adherence to security and privacy guidelines.
