Description

  • Develop and execute complex, multi-year sales strategies for high-value accounts in an assigned territory.
  • Exceed annual revenue and gross margin targets for new and existing enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and the Perforce product roadmap.
  • Represent the company at high-profile events and deliver presentations to senior executives.
  • Provide market and product feedback to development and product management teams.
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles and leverage internal resources to close multi-million dollar deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives in Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Support additional products or brands as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or a related field.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC and other advanced sales methodologies.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota, with performance in the top 10% of the sales organization.
  • Extensive experience selling to C-level executives in Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Strong ability to leverage SIs, VARs, and alliance partners to deliver complex solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape and the ability to position solutions within complex IT environments.
  • AI Fluency Level 2: Skilled Prompter, able to craft effective prompts, iterate on outputs, and validate results against business context and expectations.
  • Ability to use AI tools responsibly and follow company AI governance and security standards.
