Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for the assigned territory.
  • Focus on outside sales and own new business generation.
  • Deliver all net new revenue and gross margin targets in the territory.
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and close new enterprise-level deals and contracts.
  • Represent the company at events and trade shows to promote products and services.
  • Demonstrate products and tailor sales messages to different buyers.
  • Share market and product feedback with development and product management teams.
  • Stay current on new products, upgrades, and the broader industry landscape.
  • Support additional products or brands as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or a related field.
  • Experience using MEDDPICC.
  • Strong experience with data, data infrastructure, data networking, and/or SaaS is highly desired.
  • Proven track record as a top performer who consistently overachieves quota.
  • Experience selling into Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Experience selling to financial services, insurance, and/or telecommunications customers is preferable.
  • Experience working with SIs, VARs, and alliance partners to deliver solutions successfully.
  • Ability to independently manage significant and complex client relationships.
  • Capability to oversee key accounts and apply sophisticated sales strategies.
  • AI fluency appropriate to the role, including responsible use of AI tools and adherence to company AI governance and security standards.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of €98,700 to €197,400 per year.
  • Targeted base pay range of €95,000 to €98,700 EUR.
