Description

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise deals, from prospecting to contract close, leveraging internal resources as needed.
  • Drive all net-new revenue in the assigned territory and meet or exceed annual quota.
  • Represent Perforce/Delphix at industry events and trade shows to promote products and generate leads.
  • Demonstrate products and tailor value propositions to buyer needs and use cases.
  • Collaborate with product management and development by providing market and product feedback.
  • Leverage and coordinate with SIs, VARs, and alliance partners to deliver complete solutions.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced sales team members and contribute to overall team sales success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or a related field.
  • Proven top performer with a consistent track record of overachieving quota, preferably selling into Fortune 500/1000 accounts.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC sales qualification and methodology.
  • Experience selling into financial services, insurance, and/or telecommunications is preferred.
  • Experience with data, data infrastructure, data networking, and/or SaaS is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated success working with systems integrators (SIs), value-added resellers (VARs), and alliance partners to deliver solutions.
  • Ability to independently manage key client relationships and execute sophisticated sales strategies.
  • Willingness to perform outside/field sales activities and support additional products/brands as required.

Benefits

  • Target total compensation range $160,000–$320,000 per year (base pay targeted at $150,000–$160,000 USD).
  • Eligible for a Sales Commission Plan.
