Description

  • Proactively generate leads and build a robust client pipeline through networking, prospecting, and personal marketing efforts.
  • Act as a trusted mortgage agent/broker for clients you source throughout the full home financing journey.
  • Develop and sustain referral partner relationships to support a self-sustaining business.
  • Use the platform to manage client progress, opportunities, and application workflows.
  • Work with in-house support on client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings.
  • Guide clients through approvals, renewals, and other mortgage transactions.
  • Follow compliance and FINTRAC reporting requirements as part of the workflow.
  • Maintain transparency and keep referral partners updated on client status.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in commission-based sales and/or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a high-performing lead pipeline.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to build a self-sustaining business.
  • No prior mortgage experience required; sales talent is the primary focus.
  • Fully remote role based in Canada.
  • Comfort working in a commission-based compensation model.
  • Ability to work under a Mortgage Representative Agreement.
  • Preferred ability to leverage networking, prospecting, and personal marketing to generate business.
