Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for 3-5 multi-service client accounts, supporting deliverable planning, project management, and internal coordination.
  • Deliver clear client updates that summarize performance, key trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead client calls and support agenda creation, note-taking, prep work, and follow-up on action items.
  • Flag client issues and risks early and help develop internal solutions.
  • Coordinate internal staff across copy, creative, and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain deliverable trackers, calendars, and pacing documents across service departments.
  • Draft internal briefs and client-ready updates with staff across multiple verticals.
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking, including projections and budget updates.
  • Identify growth opportunities, testing strategies, and optimizations for client programs.
  • Support onboarding, reporting, internal workflows, upselling opportunities, and business development efforts.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in digital strategy for clients or on political campaigns.
  • 1 cycle of experience leading digital programs in an Account Lead role or as a Digital Director for a congressional campaign or organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both client-facing copywriting and internal coordination.
  • Experience with online fundraising, digital content, and paid media.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset who can quickly learn new programs and tools.
  • Comfort with ActBlue, Google Workspace, Slack, and CRMs such as ActionKit.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is a plus.
  • Proficiency in fundraising projections, spreadsheets, and client budgets is preferred.
  • Prior agency or consulting experience is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to progressive campaigns and causes.

  • Salary of $90,000-$98,000.
