Description

  • Develop and strategically grow the sales territory, from acquiring new customers to managing existing accounts over the long term.
  • Advise and actively support interventional physicians in the clinical environment, including training, product demonstrations, and operating room support.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the territory and implement targeted actions to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, internal sales, and European colleagues to align initiatives and execution.
  • Collect and analyze field insights and translate them into strategic actions for the territory.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in MedTech sales with clear revenue responsibility and proven territory development success.
  • Experience in an operating room or interventional environment, ideally with a background as a nurse, operating room assistant, or in a surgical setting.
  • Ideally experience working with catheters, balloons, stents, or coils, plus a solid understanding of anatomy and interventional techniques.
  • Enjoyment of working in the angiography suite and interacting directly with physicians.
  • A balanced combination of sales orientation, technical know-how, and enthusiasm for MedTech.
  • Proactive, adaptable, communicative, and team-oriented personality.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory.
  • CV must be submitted in English, and the interview process will include English-speaking colleagues.
