Description

  • Lead learning and development initiatives as a key part of the employee lifecycle.
  • Create training offerings tailored to different employee profiles and organizational needs.
  • Build visibility, engagement, and partnerships around learning and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with training-related regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare the learning and development program for international expansion.
  • Implement talent development actions for identified key employees and build succession plans for critical roles.
  • Partner with HRBPs on talent tracking and career development.
  • Lead the full configuration and deployment of the Workday performance module.
  • Set up performance campaign workflows for objectives, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations, and calibration.
  • Define, test, and coordinate performance calibration tools and manager/HRBP training.
  • Analyze international rollout constraints, including country-specific timing and legal requirements.
  • Manage and coach a small team and collaborate closely with HR, Ops, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or HR development, ideally in a tech scale-up.
  • Experience managing 3–5 strategic projects simultaneously with measurable impact.
  • Direct management experience with strong leadership skills.
  • Strong business orientation and ability to work with C-level leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in scale-up or hyper-growth environments, ideally with 2x–3x growth.
  • Knowledge of French and European HR regulations, including mandatory training, professional interviews, and GPEC.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Experience with Workday performance module configuration or similar HRIS tools (preferred).
  • Background working with international HR processes or multi-country rollout challenges (preferred).
