Description

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an assigned product or product area.
  • Develop customer, user, business, and market understanding to identify product opportunities.
  • Translate customer problems and business opportunities into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering and UX through discovery, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical considerations, effort, and risk.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Use product analytics, customer insights, and market data to guide product decisions and evaluate performance.
  • Define and monitor measures for adoption, utilization, customer experience, and business impact.
  • Support product launches, positioning, enablement, and adoption with go-to-market teams.
  • Communicate roadmap decisions, progress, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Identify and apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve products and product-management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related technology experience; direct product management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing software or technology products through multiple product lifecycle stages.
  • Working knowledge of Agile product development practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience creating product requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and prioritization recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to turn data and customer insights into product decisions.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and partner effectively with Engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills across technical, customer, and business audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with functions such as Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, payments, retail technology, data, platform products, APIs, integrations, product analytics, customer discovery, competitive analysis, market research, or go-to-market activities is preferred.
