Description

  • Create and publish job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, Boolean search, and passive outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews to screen and assess candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates and prepare interview evaluations, hiring recommendations, and candidate summaries.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
  • Keep candidates informed with timely updates, feedback, and next steps.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client hiring needs, goals, and company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, staffing, or full-cycle hiring.
  • Strong experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing platforms for remote interviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (nice to have).
  • Experience recruiting for remote or international positions (nice to have).
  • Agency or staffing firm recruitment experience (nice to have).
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries and functional roles (nice to have).
  • Advanced sourcing and Boolean search expertise (nice to have).
