Description

  • Identify and acquire new clients across the APAC region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic partnerships across multiple industries.
  • Generate business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
  • Source, assess, and interview candidates.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage offer negotiations and closings.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines in specialized markets.
  • Monitor hiring trends, advise clients on talent strategy, and contribute to APAC growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment agency or executive search within the tech industry.
  • Experience in business development and client management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial drive.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Experience within the APAC market.
  • Experience supporting multiple industries and market segments is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement is preferred.
