Description

  • Research accounts and contacts to identify decision-makers and build targeted lead lists.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video messages.
  • Write and personalize outbound messages and sequences for different industries, personas, and use cases.
  • Conduct cold calls and use objection-handling frameworks to engage prospects.
  • Build, test, and optimize multi-step outbound cadences and campaign messaging.
  • A/B test subject lines, calls to action, and call scripts to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Log all outreach activities, notes, stages, and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene by updating records, closing stale leads, and refreshing lists.
  • Collaborate with account executives on qualified handoffs and with marketing on lead quality and campaign feedback.
  • Share prospect insights to inform product, market, and sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound lead generation roles.
  • Proficiency with at least one sales engagement platform such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, HubSpot, or Apollo.
  • Experience making cold calls and managing outbound campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely during U.S. client business hours.
  • Strong communication skills that are persuasive, concise, and professional across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Resilient, goal-driven, and comfortable working toward KPIs.
  • Curious and able to tailor outreach based on industry, persona, and context.
  • Process-driven and adaptable, with the ability to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Preferred: 2–4 years of outbound SDR experience with consistent quota attainment.
  • Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS, marketing services, or professional services sales cycles.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Preferred: Experience generating pipeline for enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Preferred: Prior SDR experience in a recruitment agency.
