Description

  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM records across Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
  • Update leads, contacts, and opportunities daily and ensure pipeline visibility is accurate.
  • Remove duplicates, fix missing fields, and maintain CRM data hygiene.
  • Schedule calls, demos, and follow-ups across time zones using calendar tools.
  • Prepare sales reps for meetings and coordinate internal prep sessions and follow-ups.
  • Draft, format, and proofread proposals, quotes, presentations, and related sales documents.
  • Support RFP and RFI responses using templates and create polished materials in Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and sales KPIs.
  • Maintain dashboards for leadership and ensure reporting is accurate and on time.
  • Draft follow-up emails, reminders, thank-you notes, and next-step communications.
  • Support inbound lead routing and initial responses.
  • Coordinate across marketing, finance, and operations to keep handoffs moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, operations, or coordination roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM.
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Clear, professional written English.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive problem-solving and the ability to fix issues before being asked.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience creating proposals or sales decks is preferred.
  • Exposure to SDR/BDR workflows, B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or professional services is preferred.
  • Basic reporting skills, including Excel, dashboards, and pivot tables, are preferred.
