Description

  • Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Execute campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Create and test ad creatives, targeting, and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Optimize budgets, bids, and targeting to improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Build performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Contribute data-backed feedback to improve creatives, messaging, and paid media strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. time zones.
  • Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is preferred.
  • Experience with funnel marketing and audience segmentation is preferred.
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications are preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or ad portfolios is preferred.
