Description

  • Develop client-specific paid media strategies and lead end-to-end campaign delivery across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Build campaign structures, audience strategies, budget plans, and testing roadmaps.
  • Run A/B tests and use results to improve campaign performance and achieve goals.
  • Monitor live campaign performance and optimize targeting, creatives, placements, bids, and budgets.
  • Interpret campaign data into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization plans.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, campaign measurement, and forecasting processes.
  • Lead reporting and forecasting while translating performance data into clear next steps.
  • Advise on creative direction based on campaign performance, platform best practices, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Account Strategist to support client success and account growth.
  • Participate in client meetings and support proposals, sales conversations, SOP improvements, and workflow enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Knowledge of DSP and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven ability to plan, strategize, lead, and execute campaigns end to end.
  • Strong understanding of optimization, attribution, reporting, forecasting, conversion tracking, UTM structures, and naming conventions.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with ad performance tracking tools such as Keitaro.
  • Proven experience with campaign cloaking.
  • Ability to QA tracking, diagnose delivery issues, and explain measurement methodologies confidently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to provide creative direction and collaborate effectively with designers and creative teams.
  • Experience making proactive campaign adjustments based on performance data.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience working in iGaming or other highly regulated industries, with willingness to continue in these sectors.
  • Knowledge of purchasing and setting up advertising accounts when needed.
  • Ability to migrate campaigns and advertising accounts between business managers and platforms.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Amazon Ads is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a plus.
