Description

  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, display, and retargeting channels.
  • Develop campaigns to support lead generation, sales, conversions, brand awareness, and remarketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Optimize campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Run structured A/B tests on headlines, ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and calls to action.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing assets and improve messaging and conversion rates.
  • Implement and maintain tracking and attribution systems, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and conversion paths to identify opportunities to improve ROI.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports, campaign summaries, and optimization recommendations for leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, content, and sales teams to align paid media with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably, reduce CPA, and improve ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns, e-commerce campaigns, and retargeting funnels is ideal.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing automation workflows is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple ad accounts, client portfolios, or large monthly ad spend is preferred.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are preferred.
